3.1 One Account Policy. Each User may hold only one active wv77 Account. If you already hold a wv77 Account, you must not create a second Account. Duplicate Accounts created for any reason, including but not limited to bonus exploitation, will result in all associated Accounts being closed and all balances being forfeited.
3.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. wv77 will not be liable for any losses, damages, or unauthorised activity resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
3.3 Suspicious Activity. You must notify wv77 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account or any other security breach. 3.4 Account Closure by User. You may request closure of your wv77 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures. Real-money balances remaining at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to KYC verification.
3.5 Account Closure by wv77. wv77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, at its sole discretion, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a User has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. wv77 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
4.2 Currency. All transactions on the wv77 Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified. Users transacting via USDT TRC20 will have amounts converted to PKR at the applicable exchange rate at the time of the transaction. wv77 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.
4.3 Own Funds Requirement. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts or instruments registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be reversed and the associated Account may be suspended.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. wv77 aims to process all approved withdrawal requests promptly. 4.6 Refused or Reversed Transactions. wv77 reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or place on hold any deposit or withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. 5.2 Wagering Requirements. All Bonus Funds are subject to Wagering Requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. 5.3 One Bonus Per User. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each promotion is limited to one claim per User, per household, per IP address, and per device. Multiple Accounts created to claim the same bonus will be treated as duplicate Accounts in breach of Clause 3.1.
5.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonus Funds and any associated free spins or free bets not used within the validity period specified in the relevant promotion terms will expire automatically and be removed from the User's Account without notice or compensation.
5.5 Withdrawal Sequence. Real-money funds in a User's PKR Wallet will be used before Bonus Funds when placing bets, unless the Platform's system specifically allocates Bonus Funds to a particular game or promotion. Withdrawals of real-money funds are subject to active Wagering Requirements on any simultaneously held Bonus Funds, as specified in the relevant bonus terms.
5.6 Abuse and Exploitation. Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent wv77's bonus terms — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies, pattern betting for the purpose of meeting wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, or collusion between Users — constitutes a breach of these Terms. wv77 reserves the right to void affected bets, cancel bonuses, and close implicated Accounts.
6.1 General. All bets and gaming activity on wv77 are governed by these Terms and by the specific rules applicable to each sport, market, game type, or event. Where specific game or sport rules conflict with these general Terms, the specific rules shall prevail in relation to that game or sport.
6.2 Bet Acceptance. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen acceptance confirmation. wv77 reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a bet is placed on an event where the outcome is already known, where odds were published in error, or where suspicious betting patterns are detected.
6.3 Void Bets. wv77 may declare a bet void in circumstances including but not limited to: system or pricing errors, event cancellation or postponement beyond the applicable settlement deadline, force majeure events, or match integrity concerns. Voided bets will result in the return of the original stake to the User's PKR Wallet.
6.4 Settlement Disputes. In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet or the outcome of a casino game, the User must notify wv77 via customer support within 7 days of the relevant settlement date. wv77's decision on settlement disputes, made in good faith, shall be final.
6.5 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a live casino game or slot game, all affected bets may be declared void and stakes returned. wv77 will not be liable for any inconvenience caused by technical issues beyond its reasonable control.
6.6 Cricket Betting. Cricket betting markets, including PSL, international T20, Test, and ODI markets, are settled in accordance with wv77's cricket betting rules. Markets settled incorrectly due to score reporting errors will be resettled upon correction. Users are responsible for verifying that their bets reflect their intended selections before confirming.
